Graduate Programs: Admissions
Application Deadline: January 15, 2009 Students are accepted into the graduate program on the basis of their potential to conduct successful research in areas fundamental to chemical engineering. Admission decisions are based on applicants' past academic achievements, letters of recommendation, and Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores. A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering is not a prerequisite for admission to the graduate program. Since the field of chemical engineering is broad in scope, applicants with degrees in other scientific disciplines may qualify for admission. Once admitted, these students normally complete certain requisite undergraduate courses in a program that is tailored to their needs. |
