Research Intersts
Our research focuses on measuring and manipulating nanoparticle and biomolecular interactions, dynamics, and structures in interfacial and confined systems. Our findings have direct relevance to traditional complex fluid applications (e.g. coatings, ceramics) and emerging nanotechnologies related to the operation of devices (e.g. diagnostics, microfluidics) and fabrication of materials (e.g. photonic, biomimetic). Our approach involves the development of an integrated suite of advanced microscopy and simulation tools to design, control, and optimize particle based materials and devices.
